COVID-19 RESPONSE FROM VOLVO TRUCKS

Throughout this COVID-19 crisis, our customers, their fleets, their drivers, industry suppliers and the Volvo Trucks Dealer Network stepped up to carry us through this pandemic as critical members of the North American economy. We want to express how grateful we are to be a part of the trucking industry, a passionate group of people who strive to keep our world moving each and every day without fail.

Over the course of the past few months, we have worked diligently to ensure that all critical parts of our business remained operational; this includes parts supply, dealer operations and uptime support. While we did experience a temporary impact to our dealer network in harder hit areas, and temporary suspension of our production, we are proud of the collaborative spirit of all our industry partners to keep trucks moving.

We are pleased to share that while following all CDC, state and social distancing guidelines, we have been able to re-start low-level production at our manufacturing facility. As 100% of Volvo Trucks sold in North America are manufactured in our New River Valley plant in Dublin, Virginia, we recognize the importance of getting our dedicated employees back to work safely.

The impact of this crisis is not over, and we understand that Volvo Trucks customers will need our continued support. We assure you that we are here and we are dedicated to ensuring you continue to operate during this critical time.
