Volvo now offers OTA/PTO programming for Volvo Trucks MY2022 and newer. (VN4 excluded)

We now offer OTA/PTO programming for Volvo Trucks MY2022 and newer. (VN4 excluded)

We can set up PTO Engine Speed Control to meet your needs.

This will allow you to have the PTO parameters adjusted without taking the truck to the Dealer.

You will work with your Dealer Service Dept. to request OTA/PTO programming.

The Process

1. Contact your Dealer with the VIN and detailed information for exactly how you want the PTO/Engine Speed Control to operate and discuss pricing.
2. The dealer will start an eService case with Body Builder Support Group. eService cases submitted from the Dealer after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
3. The Body Builder Support Group will make the necessary changes, and the Dealer will inform you to follow the instructions using the Instrument Cluster to pull in the changes.
4. Please pull in the changes in a timely manner, test and verify that the programming works to your satisfaction.
5. Contact the Dealer and give your approval to close your transaction. Body Builder Support Group will finalize the request. Once the case is closed with the Dealer, any further changes are subject to additional charges.
