The updated PartsASIST™ platform features a more intuitive interface, faster performance, expanded search capabilities and enhanced navigation designed to simplify the parts ordering process for fleets, owner-operators and dealer personnel. Available 24/7, the platform gives customers fast access to Volvo Genuine Parts and all-makes inventory through Volvo Trucks’ dealer network across the U.S. and Canada.

PartsASIST allows users to search for parts by VIN, part number, category or description, helping customers quickly identify the right parts for their specific truck configurations. Integrated catalogs, real-time inventory visibility and saved order functionality further streamline the ordering process and reduce downtime. Every minute matters for customers, and Volvo Trucks dealers play a critical role in helping fleets maximize uptime through fast, accurate parts support.
