Dealer Management Invite
You are cordially invited to a unique hands-on introduction to the all-new Volvo VNL! Come learn why this is the truck designed to change everything – and most importantly, what those changes can mean for your fleet customers as they drive greater savings in fuel efficiency, safety, driver productivity, and uptime. See below for registration information and a brief overview of the event.
Agenda
Day 1 – Reveal Night
At 6pm, attendees will be transferred from The Hotel Roanoke to the Volvo Trucks Customer Center. Cocktails will be served upon arrival while you mingle and relax before the exciting evening program begins.
We will deliver a premium dining experience following your first in-person look at the all-new Volvo VNL.
At approximately 10pm, the group will return to The Hotel Roanoke for a good night’s rest.
Day 2 – Meet the trucks
At 7am, attendees will be transferred from The Hotel Roanoke back to the Volvo Trucks Customer Center.
Throughout the day, participants will learn about the trucks through a series of sessions led by our product experts. These sessions are designed to allow you to discover the details and features that went into the interior and exterior designs of this all-new product. Experience these design enhancements behind the wheel on our newly expanded Customer Experience Track.
At 5pm, the group will return to The Hotel Roanoke for a group dinner to conclude this exciting event. Due to the length of this day’s activities, departures on the morning of day 3 are strongly encouraged.
Note: On June 25th, day 2 of the Dealer Principal session, VTNA will host a regular quarterly business meeting with VTNA executives from 8:00-11:00am, after which the all-new Volvo VNL informational sessions will begin.

Please select a date range below to be directed to the registration link for the event. Space is limited and registrations will be received on a first come, first serve basis.
Registration includes the following:
- Night 1 Reveal, Day 2 Informational Session.
- Room secured under your name at The Hotel Roanoke for the event nights. You will be responsible for providing a credit/ payment for your room nights and any incidentals. Our secured room block rate with the hotel is $239/night plus taxes and incidentals.
- Charter bus transportation from The Hotel Roanoke to the Volvo Customer Center and back for program events.
- Dinner on Day 1 (arrival day). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Day 2. Grab and go breakfast on Day 3 (departure day).
You will be responsible for securing your air/ground transportation to and from the hotel on the arrival and departure dates.
