Come learn why this is the truck designed to change everything – and most importantly, what those changes can mean for yours and your customer’s business as you drive greater savings in fuel efficiency, safety, driver productivity, and uptime. Agenda

Day 1 – Reveal Night

At 6pm, attendees will be transferred from The Hotel Roanoke to the Volvo Trucks Customer Center. Cocktails will be served upon arrival while you mingle and relax before the exciting evening program begins.

We will deliver a premium dining experience following your first in-person look at the all-new Volvo VNL.

At approximately 10pm, the group will return to The Hotel Roanoke for a good night’s rest.

Day 2 – Meet the trucks

At 7am, attendees will be transferred from The Hotel Roanoke back to the Volvo Trucks Customer Center.

Throughout the day, participants will learn about the trucks through a series of sessions led by our product experts. These sessions are designed to allow you to discover the details and features that went into the interior and exterior designs of this all-new product. Experience these design enhancements behind the wheel on our newly expanded Customer Experience Track.

At 5pm, the group will return to The Hotel Roanoke for a group dinner to conclude this exciting event. Due to the length of this day’s activities, departures on the morning of day 3 are strongly encouraged.

Please select a date range below to be directed to the registration link for the event. Space is limited and registrations will be received on a first come, first serve basis. Dealers are responsible for registering both themselves and their customers. You will need to provide your customer’s name (first and last), company/ title, contact information (phone/ email), and payment when registering them. The travel management company will reach out to the customer directly to collect their personal travel information and secure flights. You will need to fill out a new registration form for each person in your party, including yourself, to collect each person’s individual information.

*You must have attended one of the regional sales waves to bring customers to this event.

Each registration option includes the following:

All-new VNL Experience, Flights, Hotel, & Dining – $1400/person (Airfare Included)

  • Night 1 reveal, Day 2 customer value sessions
  • Room secured under your name at The Hotel Roanoke for the event nights.
  • Flight booking and management through our partner travel management company.
  • Ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and departure.
  • Charter bus transportation from The Hotel Roanoke to the Volvo Customer Center and back for program events.
  • Dinner on Day 1 (arrival day). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Day 2. Grab and go breakfast on Day 3 (departure day).
