You are invited to join us for the all-new Volvo VNL Customer Program Rehearsal. You will have an opportunity to participate in a 2-day program with an internal audience giving you the same experience customers will have during their events in July.

Agenda

Day 1 – Reveal Night

At 6pm, attendees will be transferred from The Hotel Roanoke to the Volvo Trucks Customer Center. Cocktails will be served upon arrival while you mingle and relax before the exciting evening program begins.

We will deliver a premium dining experience and program from 7-10pm.

At approximately 10pm, the group will return to The Hotel Roanoke for a good night’s rest.

Day 2 – Meet the trucks

At 7am, attendees will be transferred from The Hotel Roanoke back to the Volvo Trucks Customer Center.

Throughout the day, participants will learn about the trucks through a series of sessions led by our product experts. These workshops are designed to allow you to discover the details and features that went into the interior and exterior designs of this all-new product. Experience these design enhancements behind the wheel on our newly expanded Customer Experience Track.

At 5pm, the program will conclude, and buses will depart to GSO and The Hotel Roanoke.

What you need to do:

Registration: All attendees should register for the event using the link below.

Hotel Rooms: A room block has been secured at the Hotel Roanoke. By registering, a room will be reserved under your name. Do not book a hotel through Egencia. You will be responsible for providing a company credit card for payment upon arrival.

Flights: Flights should be booked through the normal employee process in Egencia.

Ground Transportation: All employees flying into Roanoke should not rent vehicles, but either Uber to the hotel or call for shuttle pickup through the hotel. The phone number for the Hotel Roanoke is 540.985.5900 to arrange pickup upon arrival at the airport.

*For employees traveling from the Greensboro campus a charter bus will be provided departing from the Communications Center at 2pm on May 16th and return to the Communications Center May 17th by 7:30pm. To reserve a spot on the bus, please indicate so when registering.

*Additional parking will not be available at the Customer Center.

*We will provide bus transportation to and from the Volvo Customer Center for all program events.

Dress Code: Business casual for both days.
